Your use of the platform or the creation of a digital wallet signifies your full acceptance of all the following terms: <\/p><p data-path-to-node=\"2,2\"><b data-path-to-node=\"2,2\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">1. Nature of the service:<\/b> \u201cNusuki\u201d works as a reliable technical platform that connects those requesting to perform religious rites (Hajj and Umrah by way of substitution, and expiations) with qualified and reliable implementers to perform them on their behalf in accordance with Sharia regulations, while providing a real-time tracking system and administrative supervision of the quality of implementation.  <\/p><p data-path-to-node=\"2,3\"><b data-path-to-node=\"2,3\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">2. Digital wallet and financial policies<\/b><\/p><ul data-path-to-node=\"2,4\"><li><p data-path-to-node=\"2,4,0,0\">Trust System: The platform adopts a &#8220;trust retention&#8221; mechanism; where the service cost is deducted from your wallet and remains pending in our system, and is not transferred to the executor until the completion of the ritual is verified and the necessary evidence is uploaded. <\/p><\/li><li><p data-path-to-node=\"2,4,1,0\">Pricing: Prices shown are final and may change dynamically depending on the season and country. There are no hidden fees. <\/p><\/li><li><p data-path-to-node=\"2,4,2,0\">Refund and Cancellation Policy: The customer is entitled to cancel the order and receive a full refund to their digital wallet as long as the order status is &#8220;Pending&#8221; and has not yet been processed. The customer is not entitled to a refund once the order status changes to &#8220;Processing&#8221; or &#8220;Completed&#8221;.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p data-path-to-node=\"2,5\">3. Documentation and Service Completion: The platform is committed to providing approved documentation (such as photos, videos, or geolocation confirmations, depending on the type of service available). The platform&#8217;s review and approval of this documentation, and the subsequent change of the request status to &#8220;Completed,&#8221; constitutes final confirmation of service completion and discharges the obligation of both the service provider and the platform.  <\/p><p data-path-to-node=\"2,6\"><b data-path-to-node=\"2,6\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">4. Disclaimer and Force Majeure<\/b><\/p><ul data-path-to-node=\"2,7\"><li><p data-path-to-node=\"2,7,0,0\">The user bears full responsibility for the accuracy of the data entered when creating the request (such as the name of the person on whose behalf the request is made). The platform bears no financial or legal responsibility for any errors in this data after execution. <\/p><\/li><li><p data-path-to-node=\"2,7,1,0\">Nusuki disclaims responsibility for any delays or failures in execution resulting from force majeure circumstances (such as sovereign decisions to close the Holy Mosque, suspend visas, or natural disasters).
